The Tennessee Law Review is the flagship journal for the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law. Tennessee Law Review has been in publication since 1922 and has been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court more than 30 times.

Tennessee Law Review welcomes submissions from all authors across a variety of subject areas.
